In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer easy returns & exchanges on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. When returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for items we do not receive. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds

Please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 5-7 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us.

Cancellations

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we will contact our shipping carrier to have the package returned back to our warehouse, if possible. Once the package has been returned to our warehouse, we will be able to process a refund, with a deduction of the cost of shipping.
